Our day should be exciting, full of activities that capture the imagination and call little hands to explore… I love that my students want  to be at school. I have literally seen them cry when they realize its almost the weekend or a holiday is coming up. When my students say all they did was play today, they’re right! But they’ve also learned and practiced content in each and every minute. To play is to learn.”

How exciting it has been to see the bricks finished, the trim painted, and our first sign added! Arbor Christian Academy is racing toward our first day of school on August 17th, but it’s not too late to register your child!

Come visit us at our OPEN HOUSE this Saturday, July 15th between 2-6pm for a personal tour, meeting with our directors, and a discounted application fee. Also, for this day only, we are bringing back our Founder’s Scholarship: students who apply on Saturday and are accepted will receive almost a 10% discount on tuition for their ENTIRE CAREER at ACA. Do you know how long it takes to lay brick? A long time!

It’s a tedious process that involves prepping the wall, mixing the concrete, measuring and leveling rows, trimming bricks to their proper size, spreading the concrete, laying the bricks, waiting for them to settle, and then cleaning up the excess concrete. Row, by row, by row.

We are thrilled with the work of our architects and builders. It has been a joy to watch them transform our school building a little more each day, working tirelessly in 32° C (90° F) weather.
